Species from Central Madagascar. "Queen of Africans"Medium size plants. Bright light with intermediate to cool temperatures. In winter this species has a distinct cool, dry season.
Flowers are large, 7.5 to 10cm (3"-4") with a spur length of 10cm (4"). Flowers are heavy textured & long lasting.
Cool to Intermediate. Flowering time: Spring to Autumn
Fantastically scented - more so in the evening.
